RIVER FALLS, WIS. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's golf team teed up its 2026 Fall season at the Falcon Invite Saturday and Sunday, hosted at the River Falls Golf Club. The Pioneers placed 8 of 12 teams with a two-day team score of 688 (+112). 

UW-Stout finished first with a team score of 614 (+38) while Julia Imai took first individually with a 146 (74, 72). 

Junior Chloe Chappell finished tied for 22^nd,  shooting 167 (80, 87). Junior Hannah Peterson finished tied for 32^nd, combining rounds of 89 and 84 for a total of 173 strokes.

Freshman Lynell Miller made her debut and shot rounds of 89 and 86, tying for 37^th with a total of 175. Miller tied with senior teammate Danielle Bruecker who combined rounds of 90 and 85. 

Freshman Olivia Teddy finished the invite strong while making her college debut with a 42^nd place finish, shooting 177 after rounds of 92 and 85. 

Up next, the Pioneers are scheduled to compete at the Mustang Fall Invite next Saturday and Sunday at the Hunters Ridge Golf Course in Marion, Iowa.
