Evan Bohr of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball team recently earned College Sport Communicators Academic All-District Team recognition.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their performances both on the field and in the classroom. To be nominated, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and be in sophomore, junior, or senior standing.
Molitor, an industrial and systems engineering major, started all 40 games for the Pioneers and posted a career-high .291 batting average with six home runs and 38 RBI. His 14 doubles ranked second on the team, and his .503 slugging percentage was third best among UW-Platteville regulars.
Gresens majored in animal science and played 36 games behind the plate while ranking third on the team with a .339 batting average. The senior drove in 32 runs, fourth-most on the Pioneers, and finished with 12 extra-base hits. Gresens drew more walks (14) than strikeouts (13) on the season.
Bohr made 35 starts in the infield for UW-Platteville and majors in construction management. The junior finished with a .246 batting average and scored 21 runs while driving in 15.
