Nelson threw a seven-inning complete game in a 12-0 win over UW-River Falls on Friday evening. The senior was one out away from a no-hitter, holding the Falcons hitless across 6.2 innings until a double in the seventh. Nelson needed just 84 pitches to get through the seven innings and struck out one while walking just one.

Elianna Dalamangas -- Sprints/Jump -- Junior -- Muskego, Wis. / Muskego

Dalamangas won the triple jump at the Loras Mid-Week held on March 31st. Her jump of 11.23 (36' 10.25") currently ranks #1 in the WIAC and #26 on the NCAA National List. Dalamangas also ran a lifetime best in the 200m dash on her way to winning the competition. Her time of 25.54 (w 0.7) moves her to #7 on the UW Platteville All Time Top Ten list and #4 in the WIAC.
