Blake Delsman -- Junior -- 165 -- Reedsville, Wis. / Reedsville

Delsman went 5-2 and finished seventh at the Pete Wilson Open hosted by Wheaton this past weekend. He entered seeded 30th out of 32 wrestlers at 165 but ended up pacing the Pioneers in team points, scoring 16 of UW-Platteville's 30.5. Delsman also won the Jack Swartz Award at the tournament, for the most falls in the least amount of time, totaling five falls in a total of 15 minutes and 32 seconds.



Izzy Peterson -- Sprints -- Senior -- Lexington, Ky. / Roosevelt

Peterson competed in the 60-meter dash and 200 meters at the Mark Schuck Open hosted by Minnesota and broke both school records in the process. In the 60-meter dash, Peterson started her day by running 7.62 in the trials, followed by a Division III leading 7.52 time in the finals to take third place. That was a .05 personal best that is the 11th fastest time in DIII history. Peterson then finished her day by winning in another personal best time of 24.24 in the 200 meters. That time is the seventh best in DIII history and is .25 seconds faster than her nearest competition on the DIII List.
