Sporaa placed third in the 3000 meters at the Mark Guthrie Legacy Invitational hosted by UW-La Crosse this past weekend. His time of 8:12.16 is the second fastest time in school history, missing Ian LaMere's record by .1 seconds. That time currently ranks third in the WIAC and sixth on the NCAA Division III National List.

Ella Mackiewicz -- Senior -- Guard -- Shawnee, Kans. / Shawnee Mission Northwest

Mackiewicz led the Pioneers to a pair of top 25 wins this past week, including a 47-43 road win over previously undefeated UW-Oshkosh on Wednesday night. Mackiewicz scored 14 points in that game, while grabbing six rebounds and blocking a pair of shots. The senior then dropped 17-point, 11-rebound double-double on Saturday in a 65-55 win over UW-La Crosse. She shot 8-of-12 from the floor in the win, while adding four assists, a blocked shot, and one steal.
