PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville men's basketball team revealed its 2025-26 schedule on Monday afternoon, with the Pioneers opening the season at home on Sunday, November 9 against Nebraska Wesleyan.
Prior to the regular season opener, the Pioneers will compete against the University of Wisconsin in an exhibition game on Wednesday, October 29. Tickets for the game will go live on October 2 through the University of Wisconsin.

The annual Gabe Miller Classic presented by the DRA will be on November 14-15, with the Pioneers taking on Coe and Carroll (Wis.) over the two days. UW-Platteville then hits the road for the first time to face North Central (Ill.) and Gustavus Adolphus before wrapping up the month at home versus Augustana (Ill.) on November 25.
After a home game against Dubuque to begin December, the Pioneers take road trips to Carthage and Hope. UW-Platteville concludes the non-conference slate at the College of Wooster Kiwanis Classic in Wooster, Ohio on December 29-30. The Pioneers play Hanover to begin the tournament, with game two either Wooster or Geneva depending on Monday's outcome.
Conference play begins on Saturday, January 3 with UW-Platteville traveling to UW-Stout. Four of the next five WIAC games will be at home, including Youth Night on January 7 against UW-Eau Claire, Alumni Day on January 17 against UW-Stevens Point, and the annual Garding Against Cancer game versus UW-Whitewater on January 21.
The Pioneers spend much of the second half of the WIAC schedule on the road, with home games against UW-Oshkosh and UW-River Falls in between a pair of two-game road trips. The regular season closes on February 21 as UW-Platteville recognizes Senior Night against UW-Stout.
At the conclusion of the regular season, the WIAC Conference Tournament begins on February 24 and runs through February 28.
