High School: Earned first-team all-conference and all-area honors both junior and senior year.  Named team MVP, Conference Defensive Player of the Year, and All-Sectional Team as a senior.  Helped lead team to regional championship and sectional final as a senior.

Personal: Son of Matthew and Nancy Meintz ... plans to major in civil engineering.
