PLATTEVILLE, WIS. –  The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's soccer team (6-3-1) used a second half goal to take a 1-0 win over University of Dubuque (3-1-5) Wednesday night in Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium.

Junior Sarah Liljestrand scored the lone goal of the night in the 63rd minute. With an assist from sophomore Angelina Labrague, Liljestrand floated the shot over the keeper's head for the go-ahead goal.
