PLATTEVILLE, Wis. -- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville men's soccer team tied with Macalester, 0-0 2OT, on Saturday night as the Pioneers celebrated their 50th Anniversary at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium. 

The Pioneers had several chances, but couldn't seem to find the back of the net. UW-Platteville put seven of their 15 shot on goal. The defense was stellar, recording their first shutout of the season. Junior goalkeeper Scott Sibic only had to make one save but it was a big one during the first overtime. UW-Platteville had an 8-5 corner kick advantage to go with it 15-9 shot advantage. 

The Pioneers hosts Lakeland on Monday at 7 p.m.
