Anything I am asked to do to help the team win games, be a great teammate.
What is your nickname? How did you get it and who gave it to you?
Sammy Pete, I got the nickname in high school from one of my friends
Who are the role models in your life and why?
Marcus Stroman and my dad. Marcus Stroman proves everyday that height and size doesn’t matter and is a great example of doing the right things. My Dad has always been my role model and set a great example for me throughout my life and the man I want to become.
Who or what inspired you to play baseball and why?
I don’t remember, I’ve been playing since I was a little kid and always loved it.
Favorite baseball moment as a Pioneer or in high school if you are a freshman?
Traveling to play in the WIAC championship
If you were a superhero what would your name be and what superpower would you have?
Samsonite, pick up extremely large objects with my bare hands. And crush things.

I put a penny in my back pocket during games.
