What do you plan to bring to the UW-Platteville baseball program in 2020?
I plan on being someone that can be relied upon in whatever role coach asks of me and a loyal teammate.
What is your nickname? How did you get it and who gave it to you?
Tobias. One day Scottie Gordon just started calling me Tobias and nobody knows why he just thought it was funny.
Who are the role models in your life and why?
My brother because he is someone I’ve always looked up to and he always has good advice for me whenever I need it. Also my parents because they always support me no matter how good or bad things are going.
Who or what inspired you to play baseball and why?
My parents put me into baseball as a kid and I fell in love right away. I used to watch my brother play too and always ask my dad to play catch while he was playing.
Favorite baseball moment as a Pioneer or in high school if you are a freshman?
Getting my first collegiate win against UW-Stout
If you were a superhero what would your name be and what superpower would you have?
One up. Everything I do is just better
Pre-game rituals or game day superstitions:
I try not to have any superstitions because then it takes my focus away from the game itself.

Don’t let the highs get too high and the lows get too low

I like to hangout with my friends, travel, and listen to music.

I have one dog. She is a cockapoo named Rylee.
If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
I’d be a turtle because they live a long life and overall just seem chill.
Is there anything you like to eat or any food combination you have been called "weird" for liking?
I’m a big fan of peanut butter waffles with syrup.
