PLATTEVILLE, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's soccer team was defeated by the Loras College Duhawks 4-2 on Wednesday at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium.
Junior
Yamilex Jaramillo scored the first goal of the game, giving the Pioneers a 1-0 lead heading into halftime.
In the second half, the Duhawks racked up three goals before Jaramillo could respond with a second goal assisted by sophomore Anna Sobal.
The Pioneers return to action on Sunday, Sept. 13 against Simpson College at 3 p.m. at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium.
