After transportation issues delayed the game until Sunday, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to host UW-Oshkosh on Sunday afternoon.

The Pioneers (5-7, 1-3 WIAC) came out of the gates with a potent and aggressive offensive attack as they outshot the Titans by a 15-5 margin. Anna Strasser had a season-high seven shots for UW-Platteville. With the offensive onslaught by UW-Platteville, UW-Oshkosh goalkeeper Brittany Walder kept the Pioneers off the scoreboard with six saves.

UW-Oshkosh (7-5, 3-2 WIAC) got on the board in the 21st minute when Chelsea Kierszh scored from two yards out just past UW-Platteville goalkeeper Molly Bender.

After being outshot in the first 45 minutes, the Titans came back to outshoot the Pioneers in the second half by a 12 to 1 margin. Jennifer Nesbitt and Amanda Baalke each found the back of the net in the 54th and 57th minute, respectively for UW-Oshkosh to stretch the lead to 3-0.
