University of Wisconsin-Platteville Pioneers

Marissa Lyle has been a member of the UW-Platteville Athletic Department staff since 2024 and took over the helm of the Pioneers women's golf team in 2026. Lyle has over six seasons of coaching experience at the NCAA Division III level and an additional three years at the high school level. 
 
Lyle came to UW-Platteville after spending two seasons as an assistant basketball coach at UW-Stevens Point where she was involved in all aspects of operation for the program including player development, scouting reports, travel and academic progress monitoring. She was also an intern with the UW-Whitewater women's basketball team during the 2019-20 season. Prior to the Pointers, she served as a graduate assistant coach at Alverno College.
 
In college, Lyle was a member of the women's basketball and volleyball teams at UW-Waukesha.
 
The Waukesha, Wisconsin native earned an associate degree in arts and sciences from UW-Waukesha, a bachelor's degree from UW-Green Bay, and earned her master's degree in education from UW-Whitewater.
