University of Wisconsin-Platteville Pioneers

 Les Hollingsworth rejoined the wrestling coaching staff in January 2023 after serving as a volunteer assistant for a number of years.

Hollingsworth is the Director of the School of Business and an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. His higher education experience includes marketing, student services, curriculum development, and teaching. His research interests primarily focus on organizational efforts and consequences of being responsive to a market. Prior to joining the faculty, Hollingsworth was the marketing director for UW-Platteville's Distance Learning Center.

Hollingsworth is a veteran of the U.S. Army, having finished eight years of service that ended with him as a Field Artillery instructor at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin.
