2019: Threw a personal best in the javelin of 38.78m (127-3)...Indoor season best time of 54.84 in the 400m.

2017: Competed in 8 indoor meets including the WIAC Indoor Championships in the 4x400 (2nd) and DMR (7th) and the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships in the 4x400m (6th) ... Competed in 4 outdoor meets with a season best 50.58 in the 400m. 

2016: Competed in 5 indoor meets with a season best 2:00.61 in the 800m ... Competed in 4 outdoor meets with a season best 1:59.95 in the 800m and 4:25.77 in the 1500m.
