2014 (Outdoor): Competed at the WIAC Championships in the javelin

2014 (Indoor): Competed in the WIAC Indoor Championships in the 4x200-meter relay (team finished third) and the 4x400-meter relay (team finished fourth).

2013: Placed 14th in the javelin (43.6 meters) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships … Personal best in javelin at the Wartburg Outdoor Select with a distance of 49.31 meters … Ran the 800-meters in 2:08.89 at the Wartburg Select … Personal best in the 400-meters (51.62) at the Loras Open … Ran the 200-meters in 23.44 at the Augustana Meet of Champions.
