8K Best: 23:32 (NCAA Regionals, 2015)

2016: National champion at the NCAA DIII Cross Country Championships for the second time consecutively. 

2015: Broke the school record with a time of 23:32 at the NCAA Regionals at Augustana. WIAC Runner of the Week twice along with National Athlete of the Week twice. LaMere finished first overall in six out of his nine meets, including national champion in NCAA DIII Cross Country Championships. 

2014: Competed in six meets. Earned All-WIAC honors with a 5th place finish. Achieved All-Region team with a seventh place finish. Finished 5th at the NCAA National Championships, tying the school record with a time of 24:02.

2013: Missed the season due to injury.

2012: Competed in five meets. Earned All-WIAC honors with an 11th place finish. Earned All-Region honors with an 18th place finish. Qualified as an individual to the NCAA Championships where he achieved a season best time of 25:06 with a 39th place finish.

2017 (Indoor): School record set in 5k at Iowa State Classic (13:54.88).

2016 (Outdoor): National record set by LaMere in the 10k at Stanford (28:38.63). Conference Champion in the 5k (14:39.96) and 10k (32:33.96) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships. National Champion in the 5k (14:24.02) and 10k (30:21.40). 

2015 (Outdoor): Placed 2nd in the 10K with a time of 31:04.25 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships. Earned All-American status with a 4th place finish in the 5k (14:22.32). National Champion in the 10k (30:45.16) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. 

2015 (Indoor): Placed 3rd in the 5K with a time of 14:58.49 at the WIAC Indoor Championships. Earned All-American status with a 5th place finish in the 5K (14:34.37) at the NCAA Indoor Championships. 

2014 (Outdoor): Qualified in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter at the NCAA Championships … earned second team All-WIAC honors by finishing second in the 10,000-meter at the WIAC Championships.

2014 (Indoor): All-American in the 5,000-meter race (finished sixth at Nationals) … National qualifier in the 3,000-meter race (finished 13th at Nationals). … Placed second in the 5,000-meter run at the WIAC Indoor Championships … Took fifth in the 3,000 at the WIAC Indoor Championships.

2013: Ran for a personal best in the 3000-meters (8:34.18) and the 5000-meters (14:31.04) at the WIAC Conference Championships …Set personal best (4:06.23) in the 1500-meter race at UW-La Crosse.
