2019: Ran a lifetime best time of 27:09.1 in the 8,000m cross country race at the Blugold Invitational. 

2017: Ran personal best times during outdoor track season in the 5,000m (16:27.95) and 10,000m (35:14.76).

2016: Ran a cross country season best time of 28:10.1 at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational. 

2015: Ran a cross country season best time of 27:22.6 at the JV Cup.
