	Melissa Dietz -- 3B -- Senior -- Reedsburg, Wis. / Reedsburg Dietz homered in the bottom of the sixth frame to score the go-ahead run against UW-Whitewater and advance the softball team to its second-consecutive WIAC Tournament Championship game on Saturday. Dietz went 2-for-3 in the game and was intentionally walked before the senior went yard on a 1-1 count with two outs and no one on base.

	Elijah Wade -- Distance -- Senior -- Neenah, Wis. / Valley Christian Wade ran lifetime personal best in the 1500 meters at the Eagle Open on Friday. His time of 3:50.09 is the 4^th fastest in school history and ranks #31 in NCAA division 3.

Buske started and came back into the game to preserve the win over UW-Whitewater in the WIAC Semifinal. With a one-run lead going into the top of the seventh, Buske and the defense left the tying and go-ahead runs stranded to advance to the second consecutive championship game. The freshman struck out one, walked seven, and allowed three hits and runs in 4.2 innings.
