MOUNT VERNON, Iowa – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville wrestling team fell 42-6 Thursday night to Cornell College. As a team, the Pioneers tallied five takedowns, eight nearfall points, and 14 escapes. 

The night was highlighted by senior David Cushman pinning Scotty Scheidecker (6:23) in the 157 match. For a full list of results, see below. 

The Pioneers will return to action on Saturday, November 23 when the Pioneers open up conference competition at UW-La Crosse at Mukwonago High School.
