Noon Competes On Day Two Of NCAA Championships

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Sophomore Brenna Noon of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's track and field team competed in the shot put on day two of the 2023 NCAA DIII Indoor Championships hosted by Southern Birmingham on Saturday afternoon.

Noon finished 12th in the event after posting her best mark of 13.23m (43' 5") on her first throw of the day. UW-Eau Claire's Catie Fobbe won the shot put with a throw of 15.04m (49' 04.25").

Other WIAC finishers in the event included UW-La Crosse's Skye Digman (14.59m, 4th) and UW-Oshkosh's Brenna Masloroff (13.13m, 15th) and Katie Fruth (12.77m, 19th).

The Pioneers conclude indoor season and begin the outdoor track and field season on Saturday, April 1 when they host the Pioneers Opener at 11 a.m.
