Valley earns All-American honors on final day of Nationals

DELAWARE, Ohio – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville's T.J. Valley posted a career-best 110-meter hurdles time to earn All-American honors on the last day of the NCAA Division III Championships on Saturday.

Valley, a Prairie du Chien, Wis. native, recorded a time of 14.48 to finish fourth, earning his first outdoor All-American honor and fourth career award. 

Sophomore Ian LaMere finished the 5,000-meter run in 15:01 to place in 15th. 

Freshman Amber Williams wrapped up her third day of competition finishing in 10th in the triple jump. Williams jumped 38-feet-2.25-inch on her second attempt.

The women's team totaled six points to finish tied for 42nd in the team standings while the men's five points put them tied for 53rd.
